My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and cared for at every step of your nutrition journey.

Medical Nutrition Therapy

For these situations, I offer structured support packages designed to provide closer monitoring, faster adjustments, and coordination with your healthcare team. These options are ideal for patients experiencing complications, transitioning care, or needing more hands-on guidance.

Nutrition Support Stabilization Program

Designed for patients who need focused support to stabilize their nutrition plan and reduce symptoms.

This short-term program provides the structure and guidance needed to quickly identify issues, make appropriate adjustments, and improve tolerance.

Best for:

  • New tube feeding or TPN

  • Formula intolerance

  • GI symptoms or hydration concerns

  • Recently discharged patients

Includes:

  • Comprehensive initial assessment (60–75 minutes)

  • Personalized nutrition support plan

  • Two follow-up visits for monitoring and adjustments

  • Coordination with your care team (MD, DME, home health)

  • Documentation to support insurance coverage when applicable

  • Secure messaging for ongoing support

Nutrition Intensive Care Program

For higher-acuity or medically complex cases requiring closer monitoring, more frequent adjustments, and ongoing coordination.

This program provides a higher level of support to help prevent complications and reduce the risk of hospitalization.

  • Multiple formula intolerances

Nutrition Support Maintenance Program

Ongoing support for patients who are stable but benefit from continued monitoring and periodic adjustments.

This option helps maintain progress, prevent setbacks, and provide peace of mind.

  • Stable tube feeding or TPN patients

  • Post-stabilization follow-up

  • Long-term nutrition support management

Includes:

  • Monthly check-in visit (30 minutes)

  • Ongoing plan adjustments as needed

  • Messaging support

  • Light care coordination when appropriate

  • Yes, I can conduct visits virtually, however depending on your insurance, an in-person visit may be needed. Most insurance covers telehealth for people who live in rural areas.

  • At this time I only see patients at least 18 years of age.

  • Please have your insurance card, a list of medications, recent lab work if available, and any nutrition-related orders or notes from your care team.

  • At this time, I am only able to see patients located in California.
